Development of Training Model of Advanced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Rescue Team,Dansai Crown Prince Hospital, Loei Province : การพัฒนารูปแบบการอบรมการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นสูงสำหรับทีมกู้ชีพ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชด่านซ้าย จังหวัดเลย

บทคัดย่อ

          This action research was aimed to 1) study the problems situation in operation of advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ACPR), 2) develop the training model of advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (TMACPR) based on the principle of knowledge management, 3) compare the mean scores of knowledge and skills in ACPR of rescue team members before and after TMACPR training and 4) study the effects of developed TMACPR implementation. The samples consisted of 58 nurses and assistants in rescue team. The operational tool was TMACPR consisted of planning, operating, observing and outcome reflecting. Data collecting tools included the evaluation form of knowledge and skills in ACPR used before and after training and ACPR evaluation form. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and a content analysis.

          The results showed that 1) Problems in operation of ACPR were no preparation for readiness, or no practice, incapable of recalling CPR knowledge from yearly training, errors on evaluation, surveillance and practice and few patientsalive. 2) The TMACPR comprised theinformation and communication technology, personnel; speakers, project conductor, rescue experts, operator in rescue team, problem in rescue operation, training, training contents, simulations, praise and reward, and evaluation. 3) After training, rescue team members had higher mean scores of knowledge and skills in CPR operation those before training. 4) They had higher quality of CPR operation than that before training such as their regular readiness, practice for skill and agile improvement and error correction in operation.
