INTRATHECAL MORPHINE USED FOR LUMBAR SPINAL SURGERY IN SOMDETPHRAPUTHALERDLAR HOSPITAL

Abstract

    From October  2001 to September  2003, fifty – two patients underwent lumbar spinal  surgery and used Intrathecal morphine. The average morphine  dose  is  0.24  milligram. 

    The  study  suggested that  no  severe  postoperative  pain,  decrease  analgesic  drugs  used and  no  severe  complication.
