Case report, the patient with larygotracheal injury

Abstract

   This report from medical record, nurse record treatment and observation of the patient for study the patient who suffered from laryngotracheal injury. The condition caused him upper airway obstruction, hoarseness. This 39 year-old monk refered from other hospital about head and neck injury. After careful evaluation by otolarygnologist, the patient undergone surgery (Explore neck with repair larger and tracheal injury). After surgery this patient has good voice quality he can talk normally and tracheostomy removal permanently.

    So this report show the cooperation between physician, nurses and anesthesiologist is crucial to help him as good as it get.
