The Quality of Service at Primary Health Care Unit in Phichit Province : in 2007

Abstract

     The purposes of the research were to study the opinion of patients for standard, consistency, satisfied and quality of service and to compare quality of service of primary health care unit in Phichit province.  Sample size were 4,800 of  patients who visited and got service at primary health care unit during 15th January to 14th February 2007 and sampling by systematic random sampling.

     The result were found patients were woman 72.13% and 43.26 years for age average, 59.31 were farmer, and average incomes of family were 8,930.77 bath, 53.63% to get primary care, and  46.19% to get service for medicine.  The level opinion of patients for standard service were high (x = 4.14) the level consistency of service were high (x = 4.06) and  the  level  of  satisfied for service were high (x = 4.26) the  level  of  satisfied for standard and quality of service were high (x =  4.31) level of satisfied for services were high (x = 4.20) the of satisfied for building and environments were high (x =  3.95) the level  of satisfied for equipment and accessories were high (x = 4.37).  Total for quality service of primary health care unit were middle level (x = 2.02).  The result of the compare for quality service of primary health care unit were found patient who has different sex, aged, occupation, income, education, and kind of service were differences opinion of quality service and statistically significant at .001 level. But not statistically significant for patients who’s different amphur for living.
