The study of factors related to use Emergency Medical Services In Sounpheung District, Ratchaburi

Abstract

This retrospective analytical research aimed to study the factors related to use emergency medical service of Sounpheung hospital Ratchaburi province. Data were collected from 228 emergency patients that attended emergency room since year 2020. Samples were collected by using stratified random sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires of Predisposing Factors, Reinforcing Factors and Enabling Factors. The data analyze the frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation and statistic analysts by chi-square test. The results shown that

Predisposing Factors included age, disease, the knowledge of emergency medicine, knowledge of emergency medicine systems, Attitudes towards the emergency medical    system. Reinforcing Factors included Behavior. Enabling Factors included distance, private car, emergency medical service in the communities were s related to the selection of emergency medical service at a significant level .05 and level .001
