Abstract

            This research is a qualitative study, conducted in-depth one-on-one interview using a retrospective study process. It aims to analyze past operational processes, obstacles and factors affecting success. The sample group is the Service Plan Committee of Kanchanaburi Province. Specific randomized methods from staff who can answer questions in the study and have performed continuously related to the operation of 35 medical marijuana clinics. Research tools include interview-based questionnaires and
Indepth interviews as open questions. Content review by 3 experts Analysis of information by storyline to group and determine the frequency of opinions.

            The study found that workers operate a medical marijuana clinic according to the policy, but people still have low access to the service because marijuana is expensive. There are limitations in prescribing it. Both service providers lack confidence in marijuana use and have not cooperated with the professional in integrating work as much as they should be. The integration of management commands or policies will ensure smooth operation and meet the objectives of the Government Health Plan in Kanchanaburi province.
