The purpose of this research was to study the development of community participation model in waste fund management. The study was divided into four phases, as follows: Phase I situation analysis; Phase II model development; Phase III model implementation and Phase IV evaluation of the model. Sixty participants were selected by purposive sampling including community leaders, village health volunteers, Dong Bang district administrative organization, representative of the villagers. The study was conducted during August 2016 - April 2017. The research instruments used in data collection composed of In-depth interviews, participatory observation, appreciation Influence control record. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean while the content analysis was used to analyze qualitative data. The results in this study revealed that: The problem of waste management in Community showed that there were no household waste management, no waste separation and no agency responsible for managing the waste problem in the community. The development of the model included 1) There was a set of community measures to dispose of garbage 2) There were activities to educate the public and promote waste separation along with 3Rs. 3) A waste bank was set up to purchase recyclable waste from community sorting. Apply the waste management model to the community of Dong Bang district to all villages, there were 42.92% of waste bank members, 20,080 kilograms of recycled waste was purchased and waste of money in the fund of 92,003 baht. The evaluation of the model exhibited 1) People could managed to properly handle household waste
2) There was waste separation along with 3Rs. 3) People in the community arewere interested and help solve the problem of waste in the community
4) Income from recycling of waste. Conclusion: The development of community participation model in waste fund management provides an evident and concrete approach in working with the network team.
