           The objective of this research is to study. The Readiness of Transferring the Mission of the Tambon Health Promoting Hospital to the Local Administrative Organization in Pathumthan Province. This research studies the questionnaires collected from population in health everywhere center 79 amounts are in 7 amphur 267 health personnel in May-October 2019. Data was statistically analyzed and presented by percentages, average means, standard deviation t-test and F-test, Significant level at 0.05
