Heat Stroke: A Case Report
Keywords:
heat-related illness, heat stroke, multiple organ dysfunction, MODSAbstract
Heat stroke is the significant emergency condition due to having a high mortality rate. The prevalence of heat stroke is increasing because of higher global warming. Current academic evidences change the diagnostic criteria which does not rely only on the core body temperature. This article is a report of heat stroke patient who had not reached the old-fashioned temperature diagnostic criteria which made diagnosis difficult. Later the patient suffered from multiple organ dysfunction eventually diedReferences
