Author Guidelines

Preparation of the manuscript

1. Title page: both Thai and English are required, including:

    1.1 Title

    1.2 Names and Surnames of all authors with the highest educational qualifications.

2. Abstract and Key words

    2.1 Abstracts are required in both Thai and English in the case of original article and Case reports. For the original in other ways, such as: Special articles, Review articles or Miscellaneous, no abstract is required.

    2.2 Key Words (2-5)

3. Context

    3.1 Original article and Case reports, you can use Thai or English. If in English, it must be correct in both grammar and linguistic fluency. The other articles are only in Thai.

    3.2 The order of presentation of the original thesis is as follows:

          Introduction

         Materials & Methods

         Results

         Discussion

          Conclusion

         For other types of articles, the order of topics can be considered as appropriate.

4. Acknowledgments

5. References: The references use the Vancouver System. Put the sort numbers referenced in the story, not in alphabetical order of the author. Abbreviation of Journal names  is used according to Index Medicus.

6. Tables: It is printed as a separate sheet in the order of first comedy as referenced in the story, and with additional explanations.

7. Illustration

 8. Article Submission : Must be registered as a member of the Chonburi Hospital Journal. and submit the original through the Web page (Submissions) by typing in Microsoft Word 2008 in the font format Angsana New 16 or Cordia New 16. In the case of human research article, the certificate of research ethics must be attached.

9. References: References are follow Vancouver System. Put a number after the message or after the name of the person who owns the message it refers to. Using the number 1 for the reference document first and then in order. To re-reference, use the same number. Do not use abbreviations in references. Articles that have been published by the editor but have not yet been published, specify "Printing". Unpublished articles are marked as "UnpublishedJournal titles in reference use abbreviations in the format of the U.S. National Library of Medicine as in Index Medicus or Website; http://www.nim/nih.gov/tsd/serials/liji.html

    1. Academic Journal,:The reference is write in order as the follow: Rank, Author's Name, Journal Name, Year of publication, Year, first page- last page. For article in Thai, the author's name shall be used in the full name of both the first and last names. The journal name use the full name. The year of publication is the year of the Buddha. For article in English, use the last name first, follow by a single initials in front of the first name and a secondary nameIf there are more than 6 authors  , enter only 6 names then follow by et al.
