A Systematic Review of Professional Nurses Characteristics about Humanized Nursing Care in Terminal Patients

คุณลักษณะเพื่อการเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายที่เป็นองค์รวม เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการ และทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณลักษณะเพื่อการเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยการสืบค้นงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในประเทศ และต่างประเทศตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2553 พบเอกสารงานวิจัยที่นำมาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 11 เรื่อง โดยพบคุณลักษณะการเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 5 คุณลักษณะ ได้แก่ การมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย การตระหนักรู้ด้วยตนเองเมื่อดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย การมีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจด้วยตนเองเมื่อดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย การเห็นความสำคัญต่อการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณในผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย และการเห็นความสำคัญต่อการมีส่วนร่วมกับทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ครอบครัว และผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย ข้อค้นพบครั้งนี้ทำให้ได้แนวทางในการกำหนดทิศทาง และนโยบาย เพื่อส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพเกิดการรับรู้ด้านคุณลักษณะที่ดีต่อการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้าย และเกิดพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะท้ายที่เป็นองค์รวม
