Development of Electronics Document Management Information System for Organization in Ministry of Public Health - การพัฒนาระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ แบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชัน สำหรับสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข

Abstract

                The objective of this study was to development web application of electronics document management information system for Organization in Office of Secretary, Ministry of Public Health. The new system was designed and developed to link document data with other organization, increase an efficiency and reducing working processes. Additionally, the system would be able to decrease problems on causing a large number of wasted materials. This competency evaluation system was developed on Windows 64 bit operating system. The Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 was used as the tool for developing web application with PHP language version 5.5 and MYSQL version 5.0 was used for Database Management System and run the system through a web browser or via standard communications protocol for data transfer Hypertext Transfer Protocol developed by the open source model GPL2. The system implementation in 46 users consisted of 2 administrators, 3 administrative officers, and 40 school administrative officers. The system was tested and evaluated by using complacency questionnaires. The result of this research showed that the users were satisfied and convenient in accessing the system at the highest average point 4.53. The overall system the system could decrease problems on causing a target number of wasted materials and it increased an efficiency to reduce working processes.
