Personal Characteristics and Key Success Factors Affecting The Performance of Gold Health Promotion School Among Educators in Border Patrol Police Schools at Health Region 8

This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study personal characteristics and key success factors affecting the performance of gold health promotion schools among educators at border patrol police schools in health region 8, Thailand. The samples were 125 educators randomly selected by stratified random sampling from the 230 populations. Data was collected using the questionnaire for the quantitative data and the in-depth interview guidelines for qualitative data gathering. which were examined and verified by the three experts for content validity items objective congruence (IOC) found that all items more than 0.50 and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.98. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistics at a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that four variables of key success factors; the development of the image of the educational institution, the implementation in areas where there is readiness and voluntary participation, the linking between schools in the same network, and the building understanding and encouraging cooperation affected and could jointly predict the performance of gold health promotion schools among educators at border patrol police schools in health region 8 at 55.9 percent (R2=0.559, p-value<0.001).
