This study is a quasi-experimental research. The objectives are 1) to develop an iron-drug solution application and 2) to study the effectiveness of using an iron-drug solution application in a Well Child Clinic, Health Promoting Hospital, Health Promotion Center 6th Chonburi. The methods are divided into three phases: 1) developing and quality testing by experts 2) trial the tool and 3) summarizing the outcomes. The study was performed between 1 December 2023 to 31 March 2024. The group of sample was selected from prescriptions of children who were vaccinated and 3 service staffs at the Well Child Clinic of the Health Promotion Hospital of Health Promotion Center 6th Chonburi. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Inference statistics; Chi-Square statistics and Independent t-test. The results showed that: the effectiveness of using the Iron-drug solution application in the Well Child Clinic, Health Promoting Hospital, Health Promotion Center 6th Chonburi, found that can be reduced medication error from 27.60% to 1.45%, with statistical significance (p < 0.001) can be reduced the average of the medication calculating time from 27.93±5.97 seconds to 12.76±4.13 seconds respectively, with statistical significance (p-value <0.001) and staffs are satisfied with the installation, logging into the system at a high level and were satisfied with the use of the iron supplement application at the highest level.
