Analysis of the Development Strategy of Integrity and Transparency in Operation of Udonthani Hospital, Udonthani Province

This descriptive research aims to 1) to study the level of integrity and transparency operational of Udonthani hospital, 2) to define the development strategy of integrity and transparency operational of Udonthani hospital and 3) to assess the suitability of the development strategy of integrity and transparency operational of Udonthani hospital. The researcher separates the method of this study to 3 phases follow up the objectives, sample study of 162 personnel.
The result found that the overall of integrity and transparency operational scores appear a high level that is 78.92% in the first phase. In the second phase, 12 experts analyse to make 4 indicators of strategies namely 1) The corruption and misconduct complaints management successes in 80%, 2) The corruption and misconduct complaints are decreased, 3) The percent of organization personnel satisfaction is 70% and 4) The amount of people to reach Udonthani hospital information increase to 5% per year. And the last phase, the eminent persons assess about the suitability of the development strategy of integrity and transparency operational of Udonthani hospital find that they agree to the development strategy of integrity and transparency operational of Udonthani hospital are suitable 100%.
The extensions of this research are service improvement in the other departments of hospital that the more transparency operations, these strategies up level of the satisfaction and confidence and people choose Udonthani hospital to their service more than ago, moreover this research can use for navigates to develop the other government hospitals that they have the same size.
