Development and Evaluation of Nursing Practice Guidelines in the New Normal, Outpatient Department Ban Phue Hospital Udonthani Province

This Developmental research aimed to assess the development and evaluation of using clinical practice guideline CPG, satisfaction of nurse and patients, between July 2021-August 2022, the first population group, nurses working at the outpatient building. Ban Phue Hospital, 16 people. The population and sample comprise 2 group, the first group was the 16 nurse in OPD Banphue hospital who used this CPG to test it effectiveness. The second group was patient who use the outpatient department, 280 people were stratificd random sampling, following the PDCA Model in 4 steps: 1) planning stage by Focus group
2) questioning the satisfaction of nurses who use the guideline. 3) The AGREE II questionnaire was used to assess the quality of research and evaluation guidelines. 4) research results to work development. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage and Pair Sample T-test.
The results showed that content of develop CPG compose 6 Domain, 6 Domain had a score of more than 50%.
The Domain with the highest was Domain 5 Applicability (74%), and the Domain with the least was Domain 1 Scope and Purpose (68%). The satisfaction assessment results of nurses were at a high level ( = 4.1, S.D. = 0.5). The satisfaction after using the CPG more than before using the guideline was significantly (p<.05). The pateints who received services from nurses who used the CPG were at a high level ( = 4.0, S.D. = 0.8).
Conclussion ; Can be used as guidelines for the development of practice guidelines in other departments in the Banphue hospital in order to improve the quality of patient services, have the manual practice guidelines follow to standardized nursing practice for effective of nursing care.
