            This research is action research. have a purpose To develop a model for accessing dental health knowledge for parents of early childhood children at early childhood development centers under Rangsit Municipality. In the COVID-19 situation, sample groups Be the main guardian who takes care of early childhood children at the early childhood development center. Under the Rangsit Municipality, all 6 locations using the Line Official Account "Take Care of the Prachathipat 's Teeth". The research has 3 steps: 1. Preparation 2. Operation and development 3. Model evaluation. Data were analyzed using frequency statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Results of the study included the total number of friends. "Take Care of the Prachathipat's Teeth" : 631 people, number of people requesting consultation services: 85 people, number of automatic response messages: 386 messages Number of conversation messages in the consultation: 245 messages. Satisfaction level of parents in using Line Official Account " Take Care of the Prachathipat's Teeth ". Average is 8.5 out of 10 points, SD = 0.38. Convenience level of parents in using Line. Official Account “Take Care of the Prachathipat's Teeth” average is 8.7 out of 10 points, SD = 0.31
