               This research was a (cross-sectional study) with the aim to investigate the incidence and prevalence of six groups of work-related diseases among crops farmers in Nakhon Phanom Province. Subjects were 30,550 crops farmers registered to the Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives Nakhon Phanom province between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2016. Health data set from Nakhon Phanom Provincial Health Office was used to describe the incidence rate and prevalence rate of work-related diseases in each type of diseases at the 95% confidence interval (95%CI). The study indicated that there were 25,523 farmers in the field. The average age was 45.02 years (SD = 9.92; min = 31, max = 64). Work-related musculoskeletal diseases had the highest incidence in the past 5 years among all 6 types of diseases, the incidence was 39.18% (95%CI : 38.62-39.74). Prevalence rates were 1.84%, 10.34%, 34.76%, 8.45% and 4.31% respectively. The incidence of dermatitis was 6.22% (95% CI: 5.95-6.50), the prevalence was 0.11%, 1.12%, 2.22%, 3.11% and 1.27%, respectively. Pulmonary and respiratory diseases Incidence was 4.05% (95% CI : 3.82-4.27), the prevalence was 0.03%, 0.66%, 1.18%, 1.84%, 0.93% and 4.63% respectively. Incidence of infection was 3.52% (95% CI : 3.31-3.73). The prevalence was 0.04%, 0.62%, 1.27%, 1.36%, 0.43% and 3.72% respectively. The incidence was 0.37% (95% CI : 0.30-0.44). The prevalence was 0.07%, 0.15%, 0.13%, 0.09%, 0.15% and 0.60%, respectively. The highest mortality was found in pulmonary and respiratory diseases. The highest mortality was found in pulmonary respiratory diseases at 40% in 2012 and continued being the highest mortality in later years. However, in the year 2016, the morbidity rate was reduced to 2.82%. However, it remains the number one among the six groups of diseases that are caused by the same work and tendency of disease from.                It is therefore recommended to promote the health care activities of crops farmers and to report incidences of work-related illnesses in order to raise awareness of workplace hazards.
