The study of the management process of health personnel to Public Sector Management Quality Award of Pathum Thani Provincial Public Health Office at this time aims to study the level of knowledge and attitude towards the Public Sector Management Quality Award of public health personnel from the Pathum Thani Public Health Office be Cross-sectional analytical study. The study population consisted of administrators, group heads, academics and public health personnel under the Pathum Thani Public Health Office and District Public Health Office (except general hospitals, community hospital and Tambon Health Promoting Hospital) who joined the Steering Committee and the Working Team for Public Sector Management Quality Award that is still working at the time of the study (Total 119 people, Simple Random Sampling, according to Yamane's method there were 92 samples)
The results showed that most of the participants have a high level of knowledge But having a low level of attitude towards Public Sector Management Quality Award by gender, age, age, government agency and knowledge related to Public Sector Management Quality Award found that there was no difference. But level of education, Job position Experience related to Public Sector Management Quality Award and attitude levels there are significant statistical differences. Therefore is the duty of the Provincial Public Health Office as the policy development unit of the Ministry of Public Health that must provide knowledge and understanding of work which will lead to the development of the organization through the process of improving the quality of Public Sector Management Quality Award in a holistic way
