           Introduction: This study aimed to develop the guidance for Herbal medicine trading and evaluate the development of herbal medicine trading guidelines of Regional Heath 7

           Methods: It was a Participatory Action Research (PAR), qualitative interviews. Brian-stormed meeting was conducted among 17 health care professionals from four Province in order to share idea and barriers to develop the guidance for Herbal medicine trading of Regional Heath 7 from October 2019 to September 2020 Results and

           Discussion: The developed guidance for Herbal medicine trading of Regional Heath 7 included: 1) Appointment of a committee to drive the Herbal medicine trading of Regional Heath level 2) Determine the quota for the production of herbal medicine, one item per hospital. 3) Clearly define the role of person responsible. 4) Used the provincial budget model for producing herbal medicine in exchange for 4 Province in Regional Heath 7. Using PAR method is appropriate to the context and content of the research that requires cooperation between a team of health care professionals who are involved is answer of issues 1) The principal investigator is a pharmacist whose primary responsibility is to drive the policy into action and participate in presenting problems encountered as well as solutions. 2) The development of guidance for Herbal medicine trading of Regional Heath level requires cooperation and approval from the provincial and regional Heath administrators. 3) Using qualitative research methods to understand executive perspective and health care professionals who are involved to drive the policy.
