Results : Both case studies involved patients with ectopic pregnancies. They receive distinct treatments, specifically medication and surgery.
This leads to distinct complications and necessitates different nursing care approaches. The first case study reported experiencing discomfort due to stomach pain. The rupture of the gestational sac poses a risk of shock. Patients and relatives are stressed and concerned. There is a risk of side effects from methotrexate. The second case study revealed that the patient was at risk of shock due to blood loss in the abdominal cavity, paleness due to blood loss during surgery, discomfort from wound pain, and stress and concern from patients and relatives. Both case studies improved after the crisis. Watch out for changes in symptoms and no complications after providing nursing care; the patient's symptoms improved, and they passed the crisis.
