            The quasi experiment in the form of the single group, aimed to compare knowledge about the practice of eating and exercise high School Students obese before and after educating participants were high school students are overweight in Sawaengha Wittayakhom School the voluntary participants and their parents permission instruments used in the study  questionnaire contains 3 parts Information test your knowledge and practices regarding eating and exercise  the verified content validity of 3 experts. It appears that they have passed all questions from the IOC. 60 or higher. Data were collected by interviewing 32 people on January 1, 2018 until March 31, 2018. By applying theories of learning, Bloom and Stage of Change Theory. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics Percentage, average, standard deviation and statistical inference Statistic include a comparison between two groups of samples are not independent of each other the level of statistical significance 0.05.

            The result revealed as follow. The samples were treated for eating before to educate the average level of 29.18 after educating a high level of 34.40, a significant statistical p<0.05, and practice it. before exercise to educate the average level of 23.62 after 30.43 awareness is high significance level of p<0.05 compared practice. The diet and exercise before and after patient education are significantly different at the statistical level 0.05
