Abstract

The research on the Development of a Medication Management System to Achieve Effectiveness in Medication Safety at Chonburi Hospital was done to evaluate the strategies and policies and find out if it is effective enough to improve safety when using medicine from Chonburi Hospital. This research is an evaluation research that collects data from adverse reaction data in the medicine database. The research found that the adverse drug event can increase the number of reports from the multidisciplinary group, but is unable to decrease the risk of a preventable adverse event in level E which means that the policy still requires a lot of improvement.
