การบูรณะช่องปากด้วยแผ่นเนื้อเยื่อปลูกถ่ายซับเมนทัล
บทคัดย่อ
แผ่นเนื้อเยื่อปลูกถ่ายซับเมนทัลเป็นทางเลือกที่ยอดเยี่ยมสำหรับการบูรณะสร้างเสริมส่วนบกพร่องขนาดเล็กถึงขนาดปานกลางของเนื้อเยื่ออ่อนในช่องปากที่ต้องการเนื้อเยื่อที่มีความบาง และความยืดหยุ่นสูง มีความอเนกประสงค์ ให้ความปลอดภัยสูงกว่าในผู้ป่วยที่มีคะแนนความเสี่ยงสูงตามแนวทางการประเมินความเสี่ยงของสมาคมวิสัญญีแพทย์แห่งประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ในผู้ป่วยที่มีสรีรวิทยาสํารองจํากัด และในผู้ป่วยสูงอายุซึ่งทนต่อการบาดเจ็บจากการผ่าตัดได้น้อยและมีการฟื้นตัวภายหลังการผ่าตัดล่าช้า มีความโดดเด่นด้วยความเรียบง่ายทางเทคนิคในการผ่าตัดยกแผ่นเนื้อเยื่อปลูกถ่าย มีหลอดเลือดที่มาเลี้ยงแผ่นเนื้อเยื่อที่เชื่อถือได้ มีสีของผิวหนังที่เข้ากันได้กับตำแหน่งบกพร่องที่ดี สามารถทำการผ่าตัดเลาะต่อมน้ำเหลืองบริเวณคอแบบเลือกระดับ ได้ในคราวเดียวกันกับการผ่าตัดเนื้องอกและการผ่าตัดยกแผ่นเนื้อเยื่อปลูกถ่ายซับเมนทัล มีความปลอดภัยทางเนื้องอกวิทยา และให้ผลการรักษาที่น่าพึงพอใจ อัตราการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนต่ำถ้าเลือกผู้ป่วยได้อย่างเหมาะสม มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาและระยะเวลาการพักรักษาตัวในโรงพยาบาลลดลง อัตราการมะเร็งกลับเป็นซ้ำพบไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการบูรณะด้วยวิธีอื่น
