2 ปี ตรวจพบ bilateral endometriotic cyst s/p left salpingo-oophorectomy and right cystectomy

2 วัน มีน้ำใสไหลจากช่องคลอด มีกลิ่นเหม็น

Pelvic examination: amount of clear yellowish discharge from cervical os

Transvaginal ultrasound: Right adnexal solid cystic mass 10.8x10.4x10.533 cm

CT whole abdomen: Heterogenous enhanced mass 10.6x12.2x14.1 cm in right side pelvic cavity extending to mid abdomen

Lab investigation: CA-125 305.3 U/ml (0-35), CEA <1.73ng/ml (0-5), CA19-9 371 U/ml (0-37)
