The purpose of this study were to: 1) develop  E-learning lessons, 2)  improve learning efficiency to reach 80/80 criteria, 3) evaluate students’ attitude towards E-learning lessons, and 4) compare learning achievement of the students before and after the implementation of E-learning. In the second semester of academic year 2018, we used purposive sampling method to recruit 22 first year students from the Diploma of Science Program in Emergency Medical Operation, at Sirindhorn College of Public Health, Chonburi, who enrolled in Patients Assessment Course. The intervention was E-learning lessons in Patients Assessment. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaire divided into 3 parts, including personal data, attitude toward E-learning, and satisfaction in E-learning lessons. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, including percentage, average, standard deviation, and range. The comparison of academic achievement before and after E-learning intervention was illustrated by dependent sample t-test.

The results showed that the effectiveness of E-learning lessons in Patients Assessment was 81/81. The attitude towards E-learning lessons of the students was at high level (X = 4.20, S.D. 0.37).      The learning achievement of the sampled students after the intervention was significantly higher than before the intervention. (p < 0.0001)

According to the study, the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) model should be integrated into E-learning, for the convenience of learning outcome assessment.
