Adverse drug reation in Extensively drugs resistance tuberculosis drugs(XDR–TB)

บทคัดย่อ

Tuberculosis is one of the most important  public health problem in Thailand according to the  high burden of  drug resistant tuberculosis. The drugs used in the treatment of drug resistant  tuberculosis  are classified as new drugs or drugs with new indications that need to use with precautions in closely monitoring This article was a  case study  of XDR-TB patient received XDR-TB drugs management by  monitoring the medication with the Directly observed treatment program (DOT program), laboratory investigation, following and monitoring the drugs’s side effect .The management could support with the drugs. There was none of serious side effect from drug use .The patient had a cure result from tuberculosis and had better quality of life
