Autogenous Autoclaved Bone Graft : A Case Report

Abstract

A patient, who had open fracture of the left femur with large segmental bone loss, was successfully treated by open reduction and internal fixation with broad dynamic compression plate and refixed the autoclaved bone segment.  Good result was obtained with minimal complication.
