พฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของประชาชนกลุ่มเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมองเขตสุขภาพที่ 6

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ความเชื่อ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและโรค และพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของประชาชนกลุ่มเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง เปรียบเทียบลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคและพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ความเชื่อและทัศนคติ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและโรคกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของประชาชนกลุ่มเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมองประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นประชาชนกลุ่มอายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 6 สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหลอดเลือดสมองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความเชื่อทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและโรค พฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ยกเว้นด้านการออกกำลังกายที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคพบว่า เพศสถานภาพสมรส การสูบบุหรี่ การดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่แตกต่างกัน ทำให้บุคคลมีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ความเชื่อและทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและโรค พบว่าความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคหลอดเลือดสมองมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนความเชื่อและทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและโรค ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพข้อเสนอแนะคือต้องส่งเสริมประชาชนกลุ่มเสี่ยงให้ได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองและส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายอย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง
