Abstract

This research aims to study of health behaviors of pre-aging groups in preparing for entering an aging society of the 2nd health zone. The population was pre-aging, aged 45-59 years, Randomized by Multistage Sampling for 432 people. Data collect using questionnaires that have been verified for confidence and content 3 in 5 experts. Data were collected and analyzed using Descriptive Statistics Analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistical analysis used the Correlation Coefficient Analysis. ( r) and Multiple Regression Analysis (R) to determine the dependent variable prediction equation.

          The results showed that Most of the samples were general citizens, followed by Public health Volunteers and Community Leaders, with a moderate level of health literacy, with an average mean of 6.1 (highest 8, lowest 1), but had a high level of access to information Mean 20.8 (Max 24 Min 13) High social support Mean 4.1 (Max 5 Min 0) High behavioral health Mean 51.2 (Max 63 Low 33). Readiness to entering an Aging Society Average 7.2 (Highest 11 Lowest 0) Factors associated with low to moderate readiness for the elderly were access to health information (r=.376**), followed by social support. (r=.289**) and health behaviors (r=.265**) were statistically significant at the .01-.05 level. Agencies involved in caring for the pre-elderly group found that sub-district health promoting hospitals had the most obvious role (52.2%), followed by community hospitals (21.7 percent), while local administrative organizations Least participation (13%) Most have policies/plans/projects Clear and practical (52.2 percent), while the support budget was moderate (47.8 percent), moderate participation in health information on social networks (73.9%) There were community leaders meetings with villagers (71.7%), health education training (74.0), providing opportunities for interested parties to invest in government partners at a moderate level (74.0%). Consensus on public issues at moderate level (78.2%), and it was also found that most policy-level executives The six main policies are: 1) There should be a clear integration of the policy level on community participation. 2) Development of a particular savings system Community Welfare Fund 3) Health preparation before the elderly 4) Should clearly define the roles and duties in social development and human security in particular. Facilities for the elderly 5) Development of technology that corresponds to the use of the elderly 6) Community Activities Support System
