Abstract

This descriptive research aimed to compare the total worker health care of Nakhonpathom hospital personnel before and when the new COVID-19 outbreak to integrate health promotion. The sample groups were 1,303 volunteer personnel. Data were analyzed by percentage, Chi-square and Paired-Simple T-Test.

This research found that 1) the total worker health care of Nakhonpathom hospital personnel before and when the new COVID-19 outbreak had a statistically different at level .05, including the prevention behaviors from exposure to disease, sweet taste, fat, salt, feeling and emotional, alcohol drinking, smoking and exercise behavior. 2) The several personal factors and working harzards were correlated to health behavior. Work position factor and force against nature were correlated more than others.

This study is a guidance for caring total worker healths with should integrate general health
and working hazards together.
