EFFECTIVE COVERAGE EVALUATION OF ADHD SERVICE IN NONGHI DISTRICT, ROI ET PROVINCE.

Abstract

This study used quantitative research technique was Ex post facto research for health system performance evaluation of Nhonghi Hospital. The research was study of effective coverage of health service with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) of child and teenagers live in Nhonghi District, Roi-Et Province. The 3 dimensions of evaluation were health need, utility and effectiveness included clinical outcomes and functional outcomes. Targets were 175 child and teenagers with ADHD diagnosed by KU-SI, SNAP-IV and GPA digital record forms. Data collected during March 2020 - June 2021. The analyzing was descriptive statistic by SPSS

The results show that health need of ADHD was 8.74% and utility was 100% but rate of adherence was reduced by 94.85% after 3 months, 85.71% after 6 months and 84.57 % passed 1 year. The effectiveness about clinical outcome after 1 year was 8.78% of inattentive symptoms (form 100%) and hyperactivity/impulsivity symptoms was 6.08% (decreased form 38.28%) and educational achievement by GPA increased of 3–4 level was 34.46% (form 5.71%)

The study suggested that should be develop continuous follow up, referral, surveillance system and R&D Diversity of ADHD Therapy Model in addition to study family and community context for service support for effective intervention of ADHD treatment systems.
