The study development guidelines of Community Based Treatment and care in Drug Addiction
Abstract
This study aims to 1) study the development of community-based treatment care in drug addiction, driven to the action at the regional level 2) study the development of community-based treatment care in drug addiction, driven to the action at the regional level to be efficiency.
This study has the following methods are 1) to Study and collect data from books, research papers, academic papers, journals, etc., 2) to select information documents, analyze and synthesize data from a document (Documentary Research), 3) to manage the knowledge of lessons learned, well-conduct as (Best Practice) by developing guidelines for drug treatment and rehabilitation in the community of Thailand, 4) development of community-based treatment care in drug addiction, driven to the action at the regional level by Priorities, Multidisciplinary, Strength of Recommendation, Check the content layout, Summary of guidelines ,leading the way to the agency inside and outside the Ministry of Public Health, put into action driven to action at the regional level in Thailand.
The results of a study
1. Development of the main guidelines covering (Clinical Practice Guidelines) since the 1st process is to manage the sequence of the disease’s conditions, the 2nd process is to bring together with the two development approaches such as health professionals. Social sciences, policy, legal, habits, behavior adjustment process Criminology, the 3rd process is to review reports and the quality of evidence, the 4th process is to weight advice, the 5th process is to review the guidelines before being published, the 6th process is the guideline is ready to use.
2. Driving the guidelines to use as a guideline to agencies inside and outside the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand, leads the implementation of the following in areas of 1) the consideration the agenda, driven policy of national treatment 2) the National Health Assembly Resolution No. 10 “Community Centered on problem solving in drug addiction 3) the master planning of the drug addiction for 20 years 4) planning, prevention and treatment of addiction in the year 2019 5) the preparation of a policy proposal for treatment on Ministry of Public Health’s project 6) to be supporting the Office of the Narcotics Control Board to the implementation of the guidelines for the rehabilitation 7) the adjustment of the budget for rehabilitation of drug addicts in Thailand, adds the official rehabilitation of the drug using community
