THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HEALTH KNOWLEDGE PARK MODEL

Abstract

The purposes of this study is to develop the model of a health knowledge park. There are 4 procedures of this study. They are 1) It is to study the opinion of health knowledge park model by using questionnaire and in depth interview. 2) Create a prototype of health knowledge park and double check by focus group technic in expert. 3) The prototype of health knowledge park is tested in 1 area; it is “Bueng Phlan Chai”, Roied province by participant observation and in depth interview in 10 people. 4) The model of health knowledge park is confirmed and presented by focus group from 34 technicians after that to present the pattern of health knowledge park.

          The result show that the vision of health knowledge park is a modern health learning center. It motivates the contribution of participation network. There are 5 missions; 1) It is to support and develop the participation of all network in health knowledge park operation. 2) It is to develop knowledge, local wisdom and health innovation. 3) It is to develop and manage environment that is good for all people to learn. 4) It is to serve health learning by using media activity and modern technology. 5) It is to promote the variety of health learning opportunity to have good health by using the pattern of health knowledge park local administration and The ministry of public health will be in charge with support of government private sector and people who take responsible for each task. Also there is appointment of working group. The model of health knowledge park is include 1) Indoor and outdoor space management. Which is divided into 9 zones of indoor and outdoor 5 zone. 2) There are 9 patterns of services 3) Work system of health knowledge park include 4 primary system and 6 secondary system. Suggestion 1. The mechanism of health knowledge park sustainable development should be joint implementation in all unit to continuous and concrete. 2. Health knowledge park process should be follow the steps of work system for response to customer needs and accomplishment.
