Abstract

The study aimed to evaluation of integrated vector management dengue hemorrhagic fever at Phakdeechumphon district Chaiyaphum province by CIPP model. A sample was 35 cases in 4 Sub-districts board. Result, Level of all integrated vector management dengue hemorrhagic fever was moderate (Mean = 3.88, S.D. = 0.42). However, separation by factor Context factor was high level (Mean = 4.01, S.D. = 0.47) which Sub-district board focused to control mosquito vector because it was a processed to coordinates collaboration and focus on participation. Input factor was moderate level (Mean = 3.74, S.D. = 0.61) but the budget was not sufficiency and dengue prevent control plan of each community network was inconsistent including use large amount chemical insecticides, lack of maintenance sprayers and risk communication cannot be access to target group. Process factor was high level (Mean = 4.00, S.D. = 0.52), there were many innovative to control mosquito larvae such as recycle bank, fishes bank and herbal control mosquito but there was not continuous monitoring and evaluating. Product factor was moderate level (Mean = 3.80, S.D. = 0.59), after implemented integrated vector management in areas found incidence rate was 57.13 percent lower than the median for 5 years and mosquito larvae decreased. Suggestion, Phukdeechumpon district should develop action to prevent and control dengue fever continuously in the area as well as creating participation from all sectors in the operation for sustainability.
