Abstract
This study aimed to 1) examine the level of digital identity usage behavior in supporting health services and 2) investigate the factors influencing digital identity usage behavior in supporting health services among public health personnel in Phrae Province. The sample consisted of 151 public health personnel working in general hospital, community hospital, and tambon health promoting hospital, selected through systematic random sampling. Data was collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient ranging from 0.78 to 0.87.
Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that 1) The overall digital identity usage behavior in supporting health services was at a moderate level (M = 2.33, SD = 0.85).
2) The factors significantly influencing the development of digital identity usage behavior in supporting health services (Y) at the 0.05 level were: policy support (X1), cybersecurity awareness (X2), perceived benefits (X3), perceived ease of use (X4), system trust (X5), and behavioral intention (X6), with coefficients of influence of 0.44, 0.39, 0.35, 0.25, 0.21, and 0.20 respectively. These six variables collectively explained 28.00% of the variance in digital identity usage behavior. The predictive equation based on raw scores is as follows:
Digital identity usage behavior in supporting health services = (-3.41) + 0.21(X1) + 0.20(X3) + 0.25(X4) + 0.35(X5) + 0.40(X6) + 0.45(X7).
