Abstract

          Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID  19) is a contagious disease caused by a new strain of coronavirus. It is a family of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more serious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). Signs of the disease include fever, cough, sore throat, muscle aches, difficulty breathing, and loss of taste and smell. Most patients are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms. While some people may experience acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), which can be life-threatening. Most patients recover quickly and have an average recovery time of 2-3 weeks, depending on the severity and severity of the disease. But some people do not stop showing symptoms. It is a long-COVID health complication after being sick with COVID 19. Symptoms may be present for at least 5 weeks or more than 12 weeks, commonly referred to as (Long COVID or Post-COVID 19 Syndrome). Found in patients with mild severity or higher. Common symptoms include fatigue, difficulty breathing, muscle pain, joint pain, headache, cough, chest pain, loss of taste and smell, and diarrhea. If COVID 19 patients receive the correct support for physical and mental rehabilitation therapy, patients may have a better quality of life after their illness with COVID 19.
