Abstract

 

This research is cross-sectional. The objective is to assess the health literacy and health behaviors of Ranong Hospital personnel, and factors related to health behaviors, collect information with online questionnaires. The sample group is 262 Ranong Hospital Personnel.  The research tools are assessments of health behavior. Analyze the data with frequency distribution statistics, percentage, average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, Pearson product moment correlation and Chi-square Test. The study found that most of the female samples were 82.06 percent female, with an average age of 35.61 years, 95.65 percent having a bachelor's degree, a monthly income of less than 15,000 baht, and 23.66 percent of the most prevalent nursing mission group of 47.71 percent. Most personnel have health literacy is very good at 56.11 percent have overall healthy behaviors is very good level at 62.21 percent. The factors related to health behaviors include sex, education level, average monthly income and health literacy with statistical significance at the level .05, therefore, should promote and support personnel having health knowledge to affect the health behavior of Ranong Hospital personnel to reduce the risk of disease and be a role model for the people.
