Abstract

Key problems in development of professional personal potential of healthcare workers are manpower, budget and working hours. Purpose of the study is to develop an E-learning course for healthcare workers for studying the developmental surveillance and promotion manual (DSPM) by adopting an instructional systems design framework, ADDIE Model. The sample group of healthcare workers enrolled in the E-learning course of DSPM through MOOC Anamai platform. The efficiency of the E-learning DSPM was measured from the intra- and post-learning scores of students using the percentage of mean value. The effectiveness of the E-learning DSPM was analyzed the pre- and postlearning scores of students using Paired Samples T-test. The results of the study found that E – learning course built effective according to the criteria E1/E2 is equal to 73.02/80.36, respectively. The efficiency result of the E-learning DSPM is higher than the standard criteria. In addition, by observing the satisfaction of students enrolled in the E-learning DSPM was found as high satisfied level
