Abstract

                                                                                                               ABSTRACT

           This research aims to study ethical behavior of civil servants in 5 areas: Honesty and responsibility To stand firm and hold on to what is right To perform duties fairly and equitably Performance of duties with transparency and accountability And focus on the achievement of government officials in Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Health Office.

           The sample group used in this study was government officials in Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Health Office The numbers of 192 employees were used the ethical behavior assessment questionnaire (Self-Assessment) of the Office of the Civil Service Commission and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, ie frequency, percentage, and arithmetic mean. And the standard deviation. The result found that Overall, the ethical behavior of civil servants was at a relatively real level. ( x = 4.02) And when studying the ethical behavior of the 5 government officials, it was found that all aspects were quite true. With fair and equitable performance of duties With the highest mean of 4.14 And operational aspects with transparency and accountability Has the lowest mean of 3.77.

           Recommendations for the next study include 1) a qualitative research study on ethical behavior of civil servants 2) should study other ethical behavior of civil servants, such as living according to economic philosophy. Enough Volunteer behavior, etc. 3) The ethical behavior of government employees, permanent employees should be studied in order to know the level of ethical behavior of this group of personnel. Which is considered to be part of the personnel in the government sector.
