Emergency Department agency quality Assurance to service users with acute symptoms in critical condition form trauma and acute illness needed to be revived .Moreover, of nursing services to be fast is Emergency Department. This research and development were intended to develop patient screening models based on urgency levels accurately, fast, and evaluate pre and post development results. The sample group was 167 patients .Processing time started from October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2020 the action included a review of the previous work system, planning and developing a new work system. The evolving model was to modify screening point staff to professional nurses only. Emergency Severity Index criteria was used to distinguish urgency and there was a repeat assessment point where professional nurses used MOPH criteria to evaluate before seeing doctors .A system of reporting doctors according to urgency. The tools were a patient screening record, sorting Quality Assessment form, Emergency Severity Index compliant sorting and emergency leveling records .Data collected from October 2019 to September 2020. A post-development assessment showed that staff also sorted 30.64 per cent incorrectly, with20.36 per cent of under triage. In conclusion, developing a pattern of screening patients based on urgency levels to be accurate and fast by adjusting the screening point staff to professional nurses Use Emergency Severity Index criteria for repeated sorting and screening by professional nurses at emergency rooms. It could help reduce the incidence of miss-sorting of patients. Suggestion, should develop the capacity performance, and staff to further sort patients. Getting the right patient to the right resources at the right place and the right time. They are considered as nursing quality assurance the patient classification criteria of system.
