The effect of development of accessibility to rehabilitation of the disable with lower limb amputation at Kosumphisai Hospital

Abstract
100% of the disable with lower limb amputation had problems about physical mental and social ,especially inpact to physical function that need care from the other and they must receive health care from multidisciplinary team. This action research study By Kemmis & Mc Taggart investigated the effect of development of accessibility to rehabilitation of the disable with lower limb amputation at Kosumphisai Hospital. Before study the disable with lower limb amputation had insufficiency rehabilitation for prosthetic fitting stump care and not suitable to made the below knee prosthesis, so it made them loss of rehabilitation. Sometime the lower limb amputation had stump wound before and after fitting the below knee prosthesis. For planning stage: set participatory meeting among rehabilitation teams such as doctor, physiotherapists from community hospitals in Mahasarakham province and disable aid maker to find clinical practice guidline and action plan to solved thease problems.
The development of accessibility to rehabilitation of the disable were the disable received stump care from physical therapist atleast one time before assess to made the prosthsis and must follow appointment up to disable’s symthom. Factors that relate lifetime of the below knee prosthesis should improve for next study
