Abstract
A study to develop a model for evaluating the effectiveness of Home Suk Center operation in caring for the disabled Elderly and sub-acute patients with mobility problems Kalasin Province The sampling group of 56 places used the discussion group process. and in-depth interviews to determine the evaluation form Quantitative data were also analyzed. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with Analysis of covariance statistics (ANCOVA).
The results of the study according to the 4-step action research found that 1) the basic standard components for the establishment of a happy home center. Most of them have a very good level of composition. 2)Key Features of the Home Suk Center that is unique Most of “H-O-M-E-S-U-K” are grade A with good potential. 3) A comparative assessment of the mean scores of functional disability/difficulty doing activities. After receiving the service, there were significant differences in mean scores at p-value < 0.001. 4) Assessment of physical balance of the disabled, the elderly and the group of patients (Sub – acute) tend to fall according to the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) questionnaire. Most of them are at high risk of falling. 5) Assessment of overall service users' satisfaction was at a high level. and satisfaction with Home Suk Center volunteers at the highest level From having a model for evaluating the effectiveness of the operation of the Home Suk Center.
