            Objective : To develop and study the results of the new normal service system for diabetes clinics.

            Methods : Research and development from February to September 30, 2022. Sample groups: 1) multidisciplinary teams and network partners, 55 people, 2) diabetic patients, 762 people. Research tools include care plans, service operation manuals. health status record form The satisfaction questionnaire is carried out in 3 phases: 1) preparation, 2) development of the format, 3) trial and evaluation. Quantitative data analysis Using descriptive statistics percentage, average.

            Results : It is a service system that classifies diabetic patients into 3 groups, applied by 3 doctors, to support self-management as follows: 1) Groups with good disease control, cared for by Public health volunteers (VHVs) and delivered medicine at home. 2) The group with moderate disease control was taken care of by staff at the Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital (Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital). 3) The group with poor disease control was taken care of by doctors, giving advice and following up on practice. using the Line application and telemedicine systems. The results after developing the system found that Reduced congestion to 15-20 people per day. Reduced the average waiting time from 46.32 minutes. The average cumulative blood sugar level decreased to 7.93. The service providers and recipients were satisfied at a high level.

            Conclusion : This new diabetes clinic service system with community participation can reduce congestion. As a result, diabetic patients can control their blood sugar better.
