Evaluation of District Health System A Case Study in Moei Wadi District, Roi Et Province

           This research aims at evaluation of district Health system a case study in Moei Wadi District, Roi Et Province. This Qualitative research study was done to evaluate the project according to the CIPP Model. The evaluation was carried out under 4 aspects, including Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, and Product Evaluation. Data were collected from UCCARE evaluation form, in-depth interview. And group discussion of 46 people. Data were analyzed by content analysis.

           The findings revealed that 1) Context Evaluation: the project enabled the connection between community and different networks. There were three sectors involved, namely the academic sector, the political sector, and the citizen sector. This resulted in the community’s self-problem-solving following the context. The public policy was driven by empowering the workforce, reflecting community issues, and together finding proper solutions. 2) Input Evaluation: The budget support Potential development of District Health Board .There is a clear policy and operational guidelines. By focusing on communities and networks Participating in the exchange of knowledge. Team building is established and the emphasis is on learning process organizers in their area. 3) Process Evaluation: The District Health Board understands the objectives, goals and outcome of the project. As well as giving importance to communities and network partners sharing resources. The participation of every party was focused. 4) Product Evaluation: the project was successful and achieved its goals in several aspects i.e. planning capacity, network development operations, and the district operations to organize a health system that was relevant to problems and needs of the area. There were 5 projects operated in specific areas

           Results from the evaluation suggested that all relevant parties (government, local government, and local people) agreed that the evaluation of district health system a case study in Moei Wadi District, Roi Et Province could solve the community’s problems based on the disease condition and actual health threats. In addition, the project also helped motivate the participation of relevant sectors in the operations in a concrete way.
