The average percentage of the dentists of the samples before adjusting criteria (the year 2015-2016) was compared with the average percentage after adjusting criteria (the year 2018-2019) by descriptive statistics and pair t-test. The result showed that after adjusting the criteria in the year 2018 -2019, the average percentage of the dentists of the samples was significantly increased (p<0.05). In conclusion, the adjusted criteria had an effect on the distribution of the graduate dentists for compulsory service.
