One Health Security for Social Safety Net

Abstract

The objective of this article was to study and analyze for vision of the health security; and also searched for the empirical truth in various dimensions which are public policies that the government has established for people to have the right in healthcare. This will help the population in getting the fairness and being a tool to help those who lack of the opportunity for healthcare services. The results of this assessment showed that there has been efforts to provide health security service to all population with fairness. The healthcare service is utilized as social safety net for those who lack opportunity to get access to health security in order to ensure highest healthcare service coverage, which is one of the policies the government has established.
