Abstract

Carcinoma of prostate-CaP-is among the most commonly diagnosed and second leading cause of cancer death in aged males in the West.  It became prominent also among worldwide population.  CaP continues to increase with advanced age, among men 60-67 years of age the probability is 1 in 8.

It is hopeful that many medical disciplines would realize the problem and endorse early diagnosis and appropriate management.
