Laser Therapy Applied to Clinical Dentistry

Abstract

One of the most exciting of technology in dentistry is certainly laser.  Nowadays laser has been of great interest among dental practitioners.  The patients will appreciate the dental treatments with reduction of amount of local anesthesia and treatment time and post-operative comfort.  This article reviewed the foundamental of laser and its application plus safety in dental treatment.  The advantage and disadvantage of these were also discussed.
