This research aimed to study completeness and analyze problems of chemical safety data sheet report of 235 factories in Pathumthani, Thailand, under the Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Law. Related data were collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the completeness of report was at 95.05%. However, there was still some incompleted topics such as hazards identification, composition or information on ingredients, toxicological information, transport information and other information in the chemical safety data sheet. As a result, Pathumthani Welfare and Labor Protection Office was unable to completely record data into the database system. Therefore, responsible agencies should improve the reporting system by developing a hazardous chemical report program for each industrial plant’s representatives to be able to fully record the details of their hazardous chemicals, and be able to keep their confidential data by themselves. In addition, the information in the system is also important information that could create cooperation between the related government organizations, private sectors and other agencies to conduct cooperative research and develop some safety innovations for chemical emergency preparedness and response, disaster prevention and mitigation, health care and public safety and also environmental pollution surveillance in the community.
